CTET 2017 Form Expected to be Released Soon-Details Revealed

CTET Application Form 2017-18: The notification of ctet exam has not been released yet. Central Board of Secondary Education is going to conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) examination soon.The information will be updated as soon as the notification releases. CTET Application Form 2017-Exam Dates

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a test for teaching sector which is conducted by CBSE and is held twice a year. Each year teaching aspirants appear for the exam all over the world.This exam makes the candidates eligible to appear in different teaching exams like TGT, PGT etc. It is just an eligibility test which is required to be passed by the candidates as a qualification criterion.Below are the important details required like notification release date, exam date, vacancy details, age limit and exam pattern.

CTET 2017 Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualifications for CTET 2017 Exam
For Class I-VFor class VI- VIII
satisfy at least one condition onlysatisfy at least one condition only
Must have completed class 12th with at least 50% marks or should have cleared or appeared in final year diploma of elementary educationGraduation degree + passed or appearing in final year exam of (2 year) diploma elementary education
Must have at least 50% in 12th or cleared or appearing in final year of diploma in elementary education as per the NCTE Regulations 2002. Graduation degree with 50% at least + passed or appearing in the final year of bachelor's of education
At least 50% in 12th + appearing or appeared for 4 year graduate degreeGraduation with 40% + cleared or appearing in final exam of bachelor's of education according to NCTE education
At least 50% in 12th + cleared or appearing in final year exam of diploma of education (2 years).12th class with 50% + cleared or appearing in final year exam of A.Ed/B.sc.Ed/B.A.Ed

Age Limit

The minimum age required to apply for CTET 2017 Exam is 18 years and there is no upper age limit i.e. candidates who are 18 and more can apply for this test.

CTET 2017 Exam Pattern

CTET 2017 will be conducted in two phases:

  1. Paper I
  2. Paper II

Paper 1 is conducted for candidates who aspire to become a teacher for Class I to V and Paper II is conducted for candidates who aspire to become a teacher for Class VI to VIII. Candidates also have the option to apply for both Paper I and Paper II.

CTET 2017 Application Fee :

The applicant has to pay the following application fees for this test.

CTET 2017 Selection Procedure :

How to Apply for CTET 2017 Exam

  • First of all, visit the official website of ctet i.e. www.ctet.nic.in
  • Click on apply online
  • Register for CTET, then save this registration number for further process
  • Instructions will be displayed on the screen go through them carefully, CTET 2017 Application Form will appear on the screen.
  • Fill the Online Application with all the particulars
  • Click on next, Upload scanned copies of photographs and signature
  • Now deposit the application fees through Online payment mode like net banking, challan, Debit-card, debit card. Application fees for different categories is stated above.
  • Click on the submit button
  • Take out the hard copy of the application form for future reference.

CTET 2017 Results

The declaration of results will be done by CBSE after the examination of CTET is conducted.The ctet exams result will be announced most probably in the April month in 2018.
